[SEDANAL] New version 6.82

I am sending this again because there have been several recent additions to the mail list.

A new version of SEDANAL has been released. This version (v6.82), will handle multi-wavelength and single-wavelength absorbance and intensity data from the XLA, Optima AUC, and the OpenMWL German machines.

It also includes the ability to specify compressibility for SV runs. 


NOTE: The sample and reference channels for the Optima intensity data are mislabeled so that the "sam" and "ref" channels are switched.

A preferences.txt file with default preferences is included. You may or may not want to use it. It has the necessary radii selected for WDA analysis. 

NOTE: on some smaller laptops, the radius selection window may be off the bottom of the screen on both the WDA screen and the DCDT WDA Preferences screen.
